REWARD / RECOMPENSA

On December 9, 2005, Dorothy Sargent was discovered murdered inside her home in the 2200 block of Isabelle Avenue. Dorothy was an elderly female who had lived alone in the neighborhood for numerous years. However, She leaves behind a grieving son and 3-year old granddaughter, in Maryland, who continues to ask, "where's grandma?" She became very fond of Dorothy during Thanksgiving, where the two spent the holidays doing jigsaw puzzles and decorating the family Christmas tree together.

Anyone with information regarding her death is urged to call CrimeStoppers at 385-5555 or LVMPD Homicide at 229-3521. A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) involved.
